Privacy Policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
Surge Scales LLC (“Surge,” “we,” “us”) runs the Surge website, the Surge CRM, and the Surge services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone, company, website, and the details you share when you request a service, fill in a form, send a message, or chat with our assistant. This can include the services you are interested in, your goals, budget range, and timeline.
Information collected automatically: device and browser details, pages you visit, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
Information from advertising platforms: when you click one of our ads, the platform may share basic campaign information with us. We use it to measure ad performance.
SMS preferences: when you submit our inquiry form, we record whether you chose text updates, the submitted phone number, and the submission time and source. When you opt in, we also retain the version and wording of the SMS disclosure shown to you.
How we use it
To respond to your request, scope and deliver services, and keep track of your account and conversations.
To run and improve the website, our services, and the Surge CRM, including security and fraud prevention.
To send service messages, and marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
Surge CRM and our service providers
Inquiries and contact information submitted through our forms and conversations are stored and managed in the Surge CRM, our own platform.
Our AI assistant may reply to messages on our behalf. Those conversations are stored in the Surge CRM so our team can follow up.
We also use other service providers, such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics. They may process information only to perform services for us.
Sharing
We share personal information with service providers that help us operate, as described above.
We share limited information with advertising platforms, such as Meta, so they can measure our campaigns and show our ads to people who may be interested in Surge. You can opt out of these ads through each platform’s settings.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights and users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
The sharing described above does not authorize the sale or disclosure of mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, or messaging consent to advertisers, affiliates, lead generators, or other businesses for their marketing or promotional use. SMS consent is specific to Surge and does not transfer to another sender.
Mobile information and text messages
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us deliver messages and manage support may process this information only on our behalf, and not for their own marketing.
Selecting the optional marketing and customer care SMS checkbox on our inquiry form allows Surge to send texts about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, requested service updates, and promotional offers. Earlier customer-care-only consent does not authorize promotional messages; a new opt-in to marketing is required. Providing a phone number or sending a request without selecting the SMS checkbox does not grant SMS consent. You can still reach us and receive an email response without opting in.
You can withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. Reply HELP or email info@surgescales.com for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to purchase services. Our Terms of Service include additional messaging details.
Cookies and advertising technology
We use analytics cookies to understand how people use our website, and advertising pixels to measure and retarget visitors to our ads. You can limit cookies in your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies will reduce the ad tracking described here.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Inquiry and conversation records may be kept in the Surge CRM for active follow-up and then deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop marketing messages. Email info@surgescales.com or write to us at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, Wyoming, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
